Are you going to post more, Plugg?

Thanks, MatthiasMan, for the avatar!

Now Plugg, you have much talent in this field
So much that I must complement you on't.
Yet still I can not say I like this style:
'Tis but a matter of a preference,
For I like poetry of ryth'm and rhyme,
Not poetry which lacks all meter to't.
And though still most impressive does it sound,
It's lack of form disturbs my sense of flow
Whene'r I try to read it. Though, 'tis worse
To ever speak your words in meter strict
Like as right now by virtue of my case
I can but speak in iambs: groups of five. :P
"'Tis the business of small minds to shrink, but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death."
-Thomas Paine

"Integrity and firmness is all I can promise; these, be the voyage long or short, shall never forsake me although I may be deserted by all men."
-George Washington

Courage: Not only the willingness to die manfully, but also the determination to live decently.

Skyblade

That's Wylder's style
He likes Shakespeare; I, haikus
Your poems are great ;)

Um isn't it supposed to be
5
7
5
not
4
7
4?
"In the meantime, no one should roam the camp alone. Use the buddy system."
"Understood." Will looked at Nico. "Will you be my buddy?"
"You're a dork," Nico announced.
~ The Hidden Oracle, Rick Riordan

Skyblade

I thought mine was 5, 7, 5 :-\ Well, I could have not been doing it right. I don't know much about haikus.

Thanks, MatthiasMan, for the avatar!

Wylder Treejumper

Huh?

That is 5-7-5...

That's Wyl-ders sty-le
He likes Shake-speare; I hai-kus
Your po-ems are great

Style is not two syllables surely? I realise the last line did have five syllables but I honestly do not see how style is two syllables.

Huh. I just pronounce it as one syllable, like style, no emphasis on the "le" bit

Probably a UK-US pronunciation difference.
