Depends on the species:

Mouse: Nothing in particular.

Otter: Javelin and Sling.

Squirrel: Bow.

Mole: Hammer (because there was only one warrior mole :P though others have been known to use slings)

Hedgehogs: Whatever comes to paw or is most convenient.

Badgers: Concussive weapons.

Hares: Long weapons.

Shrews: Rapiers and slings.

Voles: Nothing in particular..... or at all really.

Foxes: Axes

Weasels: Throwing weapons (largely due to the Flitchaye)

Wolverines: Claymores ( :P )

Reptiles: Tridents (for frogs) and spears (for lizards)

Other vermin don't have most commonly seen weapons.
