...Lord Articus! Feared snow leapord from the high north! Having traveled down to southsward (leader in military technology) he conquered the unsuspecting nation and now rules the region with an iron claw! Aros the fox commands the mighty horde of vermin, with lesser wildcat captains helping him. Masses of sea otter slaves move the vast navy, commanded by none as daring as the ferret Degu. But the strong right claw of Articus, Fardan the Wildcat, commands the one and only Elites, trained wildcats in the art of deciet, battle, and ultimately complete loyalty to their leader. Articus is currently after top secret military plans, created by southsward's top scientist, the squirrel Bythwood. Bythwood escaped Southsward to the now dissarrayed groves once belonging to Araltum and Idga. He and his scientists are preparing for a trip to Salamandastron, ruled by Lady Donder, who will eventually have her Admiral, Aaron Misstpaw, bring the valluble squirrel and his plans to Holt Ruddaring. However, Articus has learned of these plans and is sending a fleet to intercept Aaron.

Abbess Cynthia of Redwall has recieved news of Articus from a traveler, and the abbey warrior, Eolu the otter, is heading a score of Skipper's crew to head to Salamandastron. Articus has dispatched a squad of Elites to dispatch the group and claim the sword, which he believes to be a symbol of power.  Will he conquer mossflower? Or will the brave warriors of the Long Patrol and Redwall defeat him and his Elites?

So this is a Special RP, in the way that at some point, the Southsward scientists will unlock a new weapon possibility. But for now, no gunpowder weapons.

Ok, sorry for the confusion, but let's say that you can be a traveling fox, but you have too pick a side to eventually join. Or you can be nuetral and be a healer.

You can make your own characters. Here, if you don't want to be a otter or a hare I can also open positions on the vermin side. Don't forget the major open positions!

@Delthion: Sure, but you might have to clear major actions with me. Faradn is going to do a lot of killing.
