The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout in full Beta?

Hi all my question is, is The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout in full Beta? I have heard conflicting reports.

On their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pg/RedwallGame/posts/?ref=page_internal) a post dated July 27 at 3:25PM said,

But - we ARE getting down to the wire on our Early Access period on Steam. We still are not going to make any definite release date announcements - it'll be done when it's done - but we are getting close.
What we could really use right now is the kind of bug testing and fine-tooth-combing that we simply can't do on our own.
What's in it for you?
1. We all want this to be as good as it possibly can be and you can have an active hand in improving the quality.
2. When the product launches all Early Access customers will be given credit for a Season Pass which means you'll get all three acts for about the price of a single episode."

After entering Early Access in December last year, and many iterations in the last seven months, we're ready to call this thing a Beta build.

"Beta" can be a slippery word so here's what WE mean by "Beta"

Beta is intended to be the beginning of the end - no new features, no new content, and all major updates will focus on bug fixes and responding to feedback from our players as it comes in. However, Soma Games is taking a Minecraft like approach to our release. First and Foremost we will attend to the bugs, glitches, and issues that will inevitably arise. Then we have two content based updates with non-critical but still exciting polish details including but not limited to a new level, a cooking system, and updated cinematic cutscenes!
