How do I access my old account?

I can't remember my password for my original account and every time I click on the "forgot password" button, it says an email will be sent to my email address so that I can reset my password but no email ever shows up in inbox or spam. I have tried many times.

Is there any way a moderator on here can help me access my original account on here? It's important to me to use my original account.
