Okay, I'm sure you can easily figure out the point to this poll. Wait a second...we're in the Cellars! There IS no point!!!  Okay, so....vote. I, personally, have chosen Luke Cardassia.

From that poll, I'm going to have to vote Samus.  But outside of the poll, Ridley would take my vote, closely followed by the infant Metroid that sacrificed itself to help defeat the Mother Brain.
