Leviathan was a Huge adder. The monstrosity was said to be of direct descent of the great Asmodeus, and also of Balis.
He scolded hisadder army for being so reckless and charging at the redwallers like that. He did not want to lose the element of surprise so easily. His name was feared throughout the Southern lands, and he wanted to rule all of mossflower. The Harbinger was here!
