No beast knows. Probably old age.
I will lead Redwall Abbey to a golden age of peace through the power of Jesus Christ.

I'd say from old age. What book did he die in? I think it was in The Legend of Luke, but I'm not so sure.

He probably died with his sword at his side and the Abbot (Abbess) standing over him :'(
My favorite people: Obi Wan, Satele Shan, Jek 14, Kai, Longtooth, and Kili.

He died in peace. I think we already have a discussion in Legends and Myths.
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
