Hello friends!

It's been many seasons since I posted last but I came across an interesting subject while doing some research for Redwall. The oldest bell in Europe is known as the Bell of the Abad Sansón, it dates back to the year 400 CE (AD for those of you who use the Anno Domoni system). You'll notice that not only was it cast of bronze but it also has writing and characters at the top. I would like to submit this as possible historical basis for the Joseph Bell and what the Joseph Bell may have looked like before it was cracked and recast.
