Is there a resource/page that shows all of the dialects in redwall and examples of them all?

I'm talking Hare dialect, mole dialect, and vermin dialect... there are probably a few others that I can not thing of at the top of my head.

None that I know of. If Redwaller reads this that may be a good thing to add to Mossflower.

There's kinda' a shrew dialect and oigmy shrew dialect.

No, sorry, I haven't seen any real resource page like what you're looking for...nothing on dialects.  Realistically you're looking at mole, otter, hare, Northlander, and vermin dialects.  Add a Scottish one (or some variant) if you include Rakkety Tam and Doogy Plumm.

Maybe you can make one if you have read enough about them.
