War in The South: OOC and Discussion

A crusade has been set in a tropical environment many miles south of the forests of Redwall and Salamandastrom.

Yes it will have monkeys but they will be downplayed for the rp shall be mostly focused around the boars, mongoose, rats, hares, and mice
Also, I intended this to be either a prequel, a sequel, or happening in the same time as my (dying) rp "Survival", also I intend this to be dark, and complex, but there will also be in humor and other light-hearted moments as well.

The story shall go the way you guys want it, so the rp will be more concise and more plot driven.

Note: The reason why I played as monkeys was because Brian Jaques was adding all sorts of creatures we rarely see in his books, as well as that there'd be likely be chance of encounters with people of other places in such a world. Also seeing as how Rats are like the Orcs from the LOTR, I thought there should also be Haradrim...but, Would monkeys representing people from Africa, Asia, and the Middle East be a little... "Racist?"
