how do you move or lock topics ???

  I was just wondering how do you lock or move topics because I had a topic moved and I've found lots of topics locked if someone could clear this up for me it would be a great help.       Thank you

You have already asked this question, only Moderators and Admins have this power. I had merged the topic with an already existent topic in Suggestions and Concerns called the Questions and Answers (Q&A) thread. Topics like this do not belong in General Discussion, by the way, GD is only for Redwall-related topics and posts.

Also, I'm going to lock this topic.
