[Recipe] Rhubarb stew

Its a very simple recipe, taught to me by my mum.
Acquire some rhubarb, usually I have some growing in my backyard, although I'm sure you can buy it somewhere. Then wash it and put it an a pot of water. The water should just cover the rhubarb. Heat in on low-medium heat, and stir occasionally until the rhubarb is very stringy. Drain any excess water, but be sure to leave some so its slightly soupy.Then you add sugar, the amount will depend on how much rhubarb you used and your personal preference.  Once it looks edible, ladle into bowls and serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or eat it plain.
