See, I thought Taggerung was an intriguing title, and also appropriate for the story.  I thought 'Triss' would've been better named 'Runaways' or something of the like though, because Triss wasn't really the main character, but they were all runaways.

Skyblade

There are a handful of books where the character mentioned in the title isn't really the main character, but I still like them anyway.

Thanks, MatthiasMan, for the avatar!

True. Most of the time I don't mind that, though.

Skyblade

Yeah. Anyway a book is judged with the content inside it, not the title or cover.

I LIKED ALL OF THE TITLES!!
exept the bellmaker it should be called southswarsd
I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

i am that is (Matthias)

They were all very good. I would change the name of Mattimeo, but I'm not sure what I would change it to.

I'm cool with most of them and they are fine as is. However, there are a few I'd change to something that's a little more appropriate/accurate.

Triss
Out of all the title characters, Trisscar does the least and is the least interesting. I'd change it to Season of Runaways or just The Runaways to cover all the storylines (it even works when you think about the Brockhall/Hydra Siblings storyline starting because a couple of Dibbuns ran away, as well how Crikulus and Malbun later snuck out to try to find the place).

Outcast of Redwall
Not only does Veil not have much "screentime", but it really annoys me how the descriptions talk about an almost completely different story from the one we actually read  >:(
I'd call is The Mace and the Warlord , The Badger and the Warlord or The Mace

The rest are okay as is, but a different title wouldn't have hurt for some

The Rogue Crew
Greenshroud or The Wearat

Mattimeo
A Father's Quest/Journey/Search (take your pick)

Loamhedge
Bragoon and Sarobando, A Quest for a Cure or Badredd's Siege (what, I love that little guy :D )

Mariel of Redwall
The Warrior Maid and the Pirate King

I like all the titles, but when given the challenge to come up with new titles, I'll take it:
Redwall- Just No.

Mossflower- Greeneyes

Mattimeo- The Way to Malkariss

Mariel of Redwall- Storm Gullwhacker

Salamandastron- Mara's Journey

Martin the Warrior- Marshank (Clogg if I could base it on favorite characters)

The Bellmaker- Joseph's Dream (A twist on Joseph in the Bible)

The Outcast of Redwall- Veil

The Pearls of Lutra- I can't make one.

The Long Patrol- Tammo's Journey

Marlfox- The Tapestry

The Legend of Luke- In the Wake of the Red Ship

Lord Brocktree- Salamandastron

Taggerung- The Otter's Revival

Triss- Riftgaurd

Loamhedge- Martha's Dream

I think that all the Redwall titles match their respective story's perfectly. No change needed.

Life is too short to rush through it.

I think that allot of the other Redwall books can be called that.
