Thomas Barkshield with:

Name: Bernard Rosestream AKA Bernie
Species: Mouse
Gender: Male
Age: 34
Weapon(s) of choice: Crossbow, Hand and a Half sword
General description: Tall for a mouse, burley, wears a green tunic with a dark blue trim. Has a round shield that is usually strapped to his pack that he wears everywhere.
Personality: Cold on the outside, but those who know him know he loves to make people laugh. Doesn't like to kill if he can, but if someone is hurting his friends he will not hesitate in hurting them back.
Biography: Used to be a wanderer before Briante found him and invited him into the Footfighters. Bernard has been grateful ever since and will follow the Footfighters to his death.

Jasper with:

Name: Jamal Dadkan Qaar
Species: Weasel
Gender: Male
Age:  22 *assuming this is in terms of human years*
Weapon(s) of choice: Chipped and battered cutlass with a handle made from rope. The makeshift handle has been heavily worn down from use. Jamal also has a type of machete he has owned since the days of his youth. He calls it his Billaawaha. Both items have origins in Jamal's backstory, and date back to when he was only a teenager
General description: Jamal wears a sandy colored sleeveless and undecorated vest. It hangs loosely about him and is stained from excessive use, for he refuses to wear much else. On his lower half, he wears baggy faded red shorts, which hang down past his knees. These shorts, combined with incredibly skinny legs, gives him a roguish, desperate and dangerous appearance. His fur is entirely black, and he has no piercings, golden bands or jewelry of any kind, contrary to many pirates. The most remarkable thing about him is his gaunt face and body. His village went hungry for many years and everyone was underfed. It has made him permanently skinny, and his cheeks are taunt and pulled in, making his head similar to a grinning black skull. His arms and legs are filled with wild and desperate strength, but are long and skinny, and contrast with his baggy clothing. He has curly black hair, but to keep it out of the way he has shaved it off his forehead. He has a soul patch for facial hair, which hangs about half an inch off of his chin, as black and curly as his other hair.
Personality: Jamal watched his entire village go with little food for years and watched many of his friends die. As a result he despises well fed creatures, and desires to make them suffer as he did. He sees them as the very reason his own people went hungry, and sees them as punishable for it. He can be reasoned with, but nothing will ever change this opinion. Despite being skinny and gaunt, he has an aggressive attitude, relying on pure composure to win respect. He came from nothing and thus fears nothing. He may appear small and weak, but what really sets him apart from normal vermin is his shear determination and perseverance. As a newer member aboard the ship, his early action in RP will likely be to earn respect.
Biography: As mentioned, he grew up in a very hungry village, nothing but sand in all directions, save west, which was open ocean. Few boats could challenge the deadly waves and sea creatures, but a boat was a way to fish, and thus a way to live. Jamal saved everything he had for almost his entire life for a single seated old row boat. He fished the empty waters all day every day, and scraped by better than most, one of the reasons he survived the harsh hot summer that wiped out much of his tribe. One day he was fishing when he spotted another boat, belonging to another tribe far from his own. This other boat was larger than his own, and two greying rats were struggling to turn it about to head home, a net full of fish was visible on deck. Jamal found himself following the other boat, a fishing knife clutched tightly in his hands. The two rats were unarmed, and abandoned ship at the sight of him. He left them to swim hopelessly for the distant shore, and took everything they had. He returned and became the richest creature in his tribe by selling it. Now he would take a crew of three or four hungry and close friends and go looking for other ships trying to fish on the coastline. He was very successful and it was during this time that he created his makeshift cutlass. His father died of starvation, leaving Jamal nothing but his old billaawaha. (A type of machete) One day he extended himself too far going for a rich looking fishing boat, and a storm common to the deep southern regions that he lived in arose and tormented his ship. In the gale he caught sight of another ship, much larger than any he had ever dreamed of. His friends were lost at sea in the desperate bid for life, but he made it to the large ship, riding the last splinters of his own craft. It was on that day that he became a member of the crew of the Rackenprow.

HanNorwood with:

Name: Rusila Bonny
Species: Ferret
Gender: Female
Age: 23 Seasons/Human Years
Weapon(s) of choice: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakram, and a blow-dart gun with poison darts.
General description: Dusty Brown Fur, streaked with Grey and with a streak down her back dyed Purple. She where's ornate jewelry, including a gold necklace studded with gem stones, three silver hoops through each ear, and a large number of rings. Rusila wears light brown cloth trousers, and white linen shirt, and a dark brown jacket with a belt worn diagonally across her front where she carries her Chakram.
Personality: Very Jolly, and often making fun of creatures she doesn't like. She has a dark sense of humor, and will find something to laugh at with everything, however subtle. Rusila thinks of herself as a bold hero, but really she would rather stay in the shadows, using her darts to bring down enemies. When in direct combat, she uses her considerable acrobatic skills and Chakram to weave around her enemies.
Biography: She was born in the Far North, and will always remember her heritage, but as she traveled with a raider crew up and down the coast, she adopted several cultures as well. She left the raiders, saying she would seek her own fortune, but in reality she had dreams of starting a kingdom. As she tried in vain to establish a kingdom, the sea called to her, and she returned to the ocean by joining the crew of the Rackenprow.

Leatho Shellhound with:

Name: André Feathereye
Species: Shrew
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Weapon(s) of choice: Harpoon, bone (so that it doesn't rust) knife.
General description: He wears the skin of a fish as a tunic; it is the colour of the clouds on a dull day, with a webbed dorsal fin on his back. He has a sea green sash around his waist. His cloths though both warm and stylish helped him move though the water and hid in it. André has his knife sheath at the back of his neck, for easy reach when he is swimming.
Personality: Quite and good natured, but very confident and uncompromising (this is necessary when reporting to authority after a scouting mission). He is very set in his ways and habits.
Biography: Shortly after he was born, into a shrew tribe, his life began its painful beginning. The tribe was attack by a deadly sickness; the elder shrew told the chief that to save the tribe a sacrifice must be made. This sacrifice came in the form of setting the new born in a little boat and letting it float away. The sound of the wail of his mother trailed it among the rapids. Later that night a great owl found it when it was out hunting, easy prey it thought. As it picked it up, André little arms hugged the sharp talon. The owl's heart went out to him.
The owl taught him to hunt fish, to defend him self, and the laws of the forest. He could climb up the tree to the nest almost as fast as the owl could fly to it, jumping from branches and sliding down moss.
On a fateful winter day the great horned owl died, André heart broken joined up with The Ramblers as a scout.

The Mask with:

Name:Serge Longscut
Species: Hare
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Weapon(s) of choice:Wooden Kusarigama
General description:Wears a single ear ring on his right ear. Serge is completely slate grey and has an abnormally large tail. His ears are also fairly large. Good fighter. Wears a black kilt and short kimono.
Personality:Very cheery and friendly. He always will lend a hand, even to Briante, who he is disloyal to. However he is easy to influence and is very susceptible to inspiring speeches.
Biography: Serge was born into an honest family that lived in the hills. His father was mute due to shock from a sailing trip to a distant place. All that returned from the voyage was the kimono and the kusarigama. His mother was a seamstress for the nearby families. Then a band of travelling killers attacked their community and killed Serge's neighbors and family. Serge fought bravely but ran when he realised that he had no chance. As he fled he ran into the Footfighters.

James Gryphon with:

Name: Ackab Lekker
Species: Rat
Gender: Male
Age: Almost 25
Weapon(s) of choice: Ackab's favored weapon is a rapier forged from fine steel. The steel hilt is bronze-plated; its round cup guard also has four small clear jewels, one on each side, the family insignia of a clenched paw between each of these jewels. Finally, its pommel is ornamented by a great ruby. The sword was custom-made for its current owner as a coming-of-age present, and has always been kept within his paw's reach since. The tip of the blade is usually dipped in a poison before it is to be used in fighting or dueling. Also, a small, plain iron dagger, which was taken from the plunder after some battle. Its wooden hilt has two notches in it, left by its former owner. It can be thrown or used for close combat.
General description: Ackab is small for a rat, being only slightly larger than a mouse. His fur is a light cream color, typical of his family's lineage of fine rats. He keeps a considerable wardrobe for a sea traveller, but usually wears a loose-fitting robe, always with a fine silk scarf in his family's colors of blue and green covering the top of his neck and all of his shoulders. A leather belt with a golden buckle keeps his garments manageable for combat, and also supports his rapier's scabbard, which is positioned on his right side, befitting a southpaw. Fastidious to the point of obsession, he is painstakingly careful to never let anything soil his garments or body. While fond of and keeping plenty of valuable ornaments, trinkets, and other little baubles, he wears none of them due to a fear of losing them, instead stowing them in his cabin. His only form of jewelry is a simple copper wristband over his left forelimb, which bears his family's insignia on the top and bottom.
Personality: Haughty, incredibly vain, and totally convinced of his innate superiority over the 'crude, common creatures' he finds himself surrounded by -- with the possible exception of his captain, although he isn't sure on that point.  Thinks more highly of his skills and knowledge in every area than is probably warranted. Quick to take offense from any slight, real or imagined, against his person, family, or state of 'honor'. Can be adequately charming when he feels it is convenient or necessary. His only notable virtues are a begrudging loyalty to those who have done him a good turn, and that he never breaks a promise once he has made it.
Biography: Born into an old, noble family in a distant southern kingdom, receiving a thorough education in diplomacy, fencing, history, geography, herbal medicines and poisons, and other such things that were deemed suitable for a knowledgable aristocrat. The family fortunes declined after a lost war and political turmoil. A bitter feud with a rival family resulted in his challenging and killing several opponents in duels, for which he became somewhat infamous. He was exiled as a condition of the peace agreement, and was sent with plentiful material goods and a letter of recommendation to the captain of a merchant ship, the one that became the Rackenprow. After being in the ship for some time, he grew restless after being (in his mind, at least) unforgivably insulted by the captain, and eagerly supported Dystano Tong's mutiny, with the sole condition that he be allowed to keep a large cabin to himself. His gentle-rat's knowledge has so far allowed him to coast by, for the most part, without having to do real work. He does serve as lookout, reasoning that the limited workload and interaction with lesser beasts are adequately suited to his sensibilities.

The Skarz with:

Name: Reahn
Species: Hare
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Weapon(s) of choice:   The hare is very well trained fighting with the longsword. He has learned how to fight against a numerous amount of different weapons with it, from polearms to dirks. The blade is made of folded steel, two hundred layers showing in lines from the tip to the hilt, forged in the northern fires of the mountain swordsmiths.
General description:  Reahn is a large hare, thick in limbs and big in bones, standing a full head taller than most hares. His eyes are dark gray, like stone, and are deep-set, usually shadowed under his brows. The hare's fur is not the normal color of other hares, the usual brownish tone with a hint of gray all over his body. He wears a brown cloak over a green tunic, the cloak held by an iron clasp and the tunic by a braided leather belt. It's on this belt that hangs the sheath for Reahn's sword.
Personality:   Serious and blunt, Reahn usually goes straight to the point. While he isn't a genius, he does carry a decent brain in his skull, and uses it efficiently when making decisions. The hare doesn't make many friends, but that is because he doesn't necessarily want to have more friends than he has. He is cautious about many creatures, each for their own reasons.
Biography:   Reahn was born in the north to a lord and his wife. He had been trained since he could first carry a light weapon to fight, and fighting had been part of everyday life, whether it was against invaders, or struggling to survive in the northern environment. When his parents eventually died of age, Reahn decided he wanted to leave the north to join the fighting unit called the 'Long Patrol'. He had met a regiment of such hares, and the captain had seen the fighting material of a Long Patrol hare in the young buck. Fueled by this, he traveled south, eventually coming across the group of fighters gathered by Briante Tanpaw, and he stuck with them ever since, his fighting spirit latching onto the group, if not necessarily their leader.

Faiyloe with:

Name: Hawthorn Dopweed (Nickname: March. She got the name from the phrase mad as a march hare. Some people think that she may be crazy. Add that to her resemblance to a hare and you have her nickname. used by friends and enemies alike.)
Species: Rabbit
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Weapon(s) of choice: She knows how to use a sling, a bow, a javelin, and various curved blades. She however prefers the light weight saber as opposed to the heavy cutlass her trainer used to carry. This she wears at her left hip in a scabbard hanging from a shoulder belt.
General description: a long sleeved maroon purple shirt that hugs her figure. Over top of this is a short sleeved dull forest green tunic, the hem reaching almost to her knees. over top of both of these she wears a cherry wood colored underbust corset. Tight fitting dark brown pants, black boots and a lighter brown shoulder belt with a silver colored buckle complete the look.
She has creamy medium-light brown fur. The tips of her ears are black. and her chest fur fades to white but this can't be seen because of her high necked clothes. She also has a scar that runs diagonally across her face from her right ear, between her eyes, to her left cheek. Her eyes are a sky blue and her nose is a dull pink.
She despises the idea of getting her ears pierced and thinks that jewelry would be inappropriate. Because of the nasty looking scar that adorns her face she feels it is not even worth trying to look "pretty", however she always keeps herself looking neat proper and well groomed.
Personality: Stingy, polite, neat, proper. like most rabbits, her first instinct tells her that when in doubt they're the enemy, however doubt usually doesn't last very long. She is easily taken in by lies and will believe what you say as truth. However if you are an obvious enemy she can and will defend herself only after all else fails with she resort to her instincts and flee. She is rather imitative. Unintentionally absorbing the behavior and dialects of the people around her to a small degree. Some think that she is rather odd and some even go as far as to say she is mad. (hence the nickname) She is a tad more aggressive and protective than most rabbits and her dialect is rather odd even for a rabbit. She seldom regrets things, and is almost never sorry. She is not a bad beast however and would never harm an innocent creature (Or one she believes to be innocent)
Biography: She grew up in a small peaceful village by the shores of The Great Inland Sea with her mother and and Father and 12 brothers and sisters. when she was around 12 years old the village was sacked by a vermin horde passing thru. They burned the village and killed her family. She was the only one who survived. She was left for dead with a crack in her head. The wound however was not immediately fatal as they had thought. She was found by an old sea otter who had seen a good share of fighting in his day. He cared for her and nursed her back the heath. After she was all better she wanted to learn how to protect herself. The otter was a good teacher he pushed her hard and she became very good with a number of weapons. When she turned 18 he said she was ready to go out on her own. He had taught her everything that he could. At first she did not want to leave him, they had grown close, but he insisted saying that if she did not go she would be wasting everything that he had taught her. She has her own life to live. So she set out in search of people who needed her skill. She spent 2 years wandering alone before she came upon the Ramblers and has stayed with them ever since.
Other: She is a decent cook with an odd taste for hotroot and a basic healer though her skill with the sword is by far her best skill.

Danflorreguba with:

Name: Aurin Windbourn
Species: Squirrel
Gender: Male
Age: 28
Weapon(s) of choice: His preferred weapon is the single Katana that hangs at either his left shoulder or left waist depending on what mood he's in at the time. The weapon is an heirloom, extremely old. It was forged with the best steel the Northlands had to offer, and the hilt was made from petrified pine wood and bound in the tribes signature scarlet cloth. The blade itself has sat in so many fires, and been rubbed with so much ash for late night battles that the blade has taken on a permanent black hue. Though he much prefers fighting face to face, Aurin still carries a few small blades for throwing, the largest of the lot being only as big as a knife.
General description: Aurin is a fox squirrel, one of the largest species of squirrel. Most of his fur is as black as the darkness of a deep cave, but his underbelly maintains the same golden, yellow tone of other fox squirrels, just a little darker. Unlike his fur, his moonlight silver eyes shine with a light radiance . As stated before, he's a little bit larger than the average squirrel, but his tone stands out more. His body is very sleek, which is good since he relies more on speed and agility than on strength.
He wears a medium grey ensemble of clothing with dark scarlet trim (He also wears a bird of prey crest style hood.) To give a more specific description, his trousers hang all the way down to his short, sandal-resembling boots. His chest has many things crisscrossing over it, fairly well hiding the majority of his creased shirt. The scarf-gone-veil was said to be dyed in blood, giving it the darkest scarlet of his entire wardrobe. The sleeves he sometimes wears are nothing special, only lighter grey than the rest of his clothing. He also has a satchel on his person most of the time, though he never shares the contents of the dark leather container.
Personality: Aurin is a dedicated beast, he made honor and love his most important principle and emotion. Though he is a very quiet beast, he is caring and seeks to make all that he can control right. When he speaks, he speaks with wisdom and control, almost as if the quality of his words balance out with the quantity. He feels the pain of others, though he'd never let you know. The strangest thing about him is that even though all the above is true, he's a dark character, contradicting his other traits.
Biography: Aurin was born and raised in the North. He was taught to fight, among other things, and to fight with a ferocity that would overcome an opponent. His early years consisted of many battles, a lot of time training, and constant alertness. He learned the basics of healing and cooking as all others do, but this (as well as all other things) were viewed as second to the art of war. He loved his parents, and they loved him, but life in the North just wasn't for Aurin... So when he came of age (roughly 16 or so), he departed.
He traveled far and wide, discovering new lands, learning new tricks and skills. He stopped over in Mossflower, but passed Redwall by as he'd heard the place was focused on peace, and he did not want to disturb the woodlanders. He arrived at Southsward and learned their ways quite in-depth, peaceful yet strong. They presented a tough, yet friendly exterior which appealed to the squirrel, who stayed with them for a few years.
After continuing his traveling, he came upon the Footfighters. He met their leader, Briante Tanpaw, and felt the presence of a noble cause. He offered his services, and has since been a blade-bearer for the squad. His diverse fighting styles, speed, and complicated persona made a quick name for him. He's now been with the Footfighters for some odd 3 years, and though he spills much blood..... No beast has ever seen his own blood leave his own body.

Jukka the Sling with:

Name: Aislinn (pronounced "Ashlyn")
Species: Pine marten
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Weapon(s) of choice: Her father's old dirk, which he taught her to use.
General description: Aislinn has dark brown fur, with an odd reddish-brown streak running from her right shoulder to her elbow. Her right eye is green, while the left is brown. She wears a royal-blue tunic tied with a red sash, in which is thrust her dirk. On her footpaws are a pair of black boots, and she also wears a small pair of gold hoop earrings.
Personality: Aislinn acts cocky and overconfident, and seems to think she's the best swordsbeast there is. (She's very skilled with a blade, but she seems to think nobeast could ever best her.) She frequently puts others down verbally, and generally acts like others are beneath her. However, she only does this to hide her sensitive side and protect herself from being bullied like she was in her childhood. Despite her attitude, Aislinn is tenaciously loyal to any friends/allies she might have (not that she has many).
Biography: Aislinn grew up in a small village inhabited by other martens and a few weasels. Most in the village were pretty good sorts, but throughout her childhood Aislinn had a lot of trouble with others her age, facing almost constant ridicule due to her eye colors and odd streak on her arm. The marten finally couldn't take it any longer, and ran away from home when she was twelve, taking her father's dirk with her. She was a good swordsbeast and had some skill with healing; thus, she quickly learned to fend for herself in the woodlands. Promising herself that she'd never be bullied again, the pine marten adopted a cocky, sarcastic attitude.
Aislinn fell in with the Ramblers a few months ago; in the time she's spent with the group, she's gradually developed a keen dislike of Esile Violettail. The mysterious vixen frankly intimidates her, which may be partly due to the stories she's heard about her poisons. However, Aislinn wouldn't admit she's intimidated for the world.
Since joining the Ramblers, Aislinn frequently uses her healing skills to help those who need it, usually for pay.

Cornflower MM with:

Name: Bryony Coldwater
Species: Otter
Gender: Female
Age: 25
Weapon(s) of choice: Sling, long rapier.
General description: Bryony has dark brown fur, with black ears and nose. Her eyes are dark blue, with a few flecks of lighter blue here and there. She wears a black tunic, belted with her sling. She carries her rapier in its scabbard on her left hip. Her sandals are brown, and the otter also wears a dark green hat. Bryony has one gold earring, and a bone tailring, both of which have been passed down through her family. The otter's facial features are considered prettier than most, but she is by no means considered beautiful.
Personality: Bryony is sweet, kind and thoughtful, but she is cursed with a red-hot temper that she has trouble controlling. In spite of that, Bryony is free and easy going, like almost any other otter, but she doesn't take people shoving their authority in her face; That was one reason she left her holt. Fierce, feisty, and a bit motherly at times, Bryony is a good and friendly otter.
Biography: When Bryony was four seasons old, a traveling otter who called himself Amagra came to her holt. The little otter was intrigued by him, and followed him everywhere. While other otters quietly chuckled at the sight of the Skipper's daughter begging for 'Just one more story!' her father shook with laughter. They all encouraged the friendship between Bryony and Amagra, for they knew the old male otter was quite wise. The old otter soon decided to stay at the holt, choosing to live in a small cave about two feet down from the main cave.
Two seasons later, Bryony's younger brother, Bryant, was born, and Bryony instantly adored him. After that, everything was quiet, until the summer Bryony turned ten season old, and Bryant four. That was the summer Amagra died. Bryony had burst into his little cave, holding up a small chunk of marble that she had found, smiling as she ran over to the still, peaceful form in his favorite chair, thinking he was asleep. After shaking him twice, realization dawned on her, and Bryony ran screaming from the cave. The burial was that afternoon. Three days later, while gathering flowers for the grave, Bryony saw a handsome young male otter, about her age. They saw quite a bit of each other, and he helped Bryony get over her grief, and Bryony helped him to see that the world wasn't just gray, black, and white - There were other colors too.
Over the span of several seasons, Bryony and Shad (That was the otter's name) fell slowly but steadily head over tail in love with each other. Things settled down, with only gossip happening for several seasons. It was Spring, and Bryony was fifteen, and Bryant eleven.
It was a beautiful day, the temperature just right, the leaves a wonderful light green canopy that rustled gently in the cool breeze. Bryony and Shad were just coming out of Bryony's holt to take a stroll on the riverbank, and Bryony looked upriver and screamed. A huge ship with an awful assortment of skulls was coming towards the holt. The two young otters turned and ran back inside, shouting a warning that was too late. It quickly turned into chaos, and Bryony was knocked unconscious. When she woke, all she remembered was a few precious seconds before she was hit on the head, and her name - Bryony Coldwater. Looking around, she saw only dead otters; She was the only survivor. So Bryony sealed the holt up and traveled, gradually remembering her life.
When Bryony was twenty seasons old, she joined Briante Tanpaw's Footfighters, and two seasons later had regained all her memories.

Tam and Martin with:

Name: Vanglar Deathpelt
Species: Fox
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Weapons of choice: Vanglar totes around 3 weapons which are almost always consistently with him. The first is his spear - Hand carved and antique, made by his great-grandfather and given to him when he was on his deathbed. It is made of very old cedar wood and is extremely strong and durable. His second weapon is a sling, which he uses as a belt most of the time unless needed. He has a pouch of stones, which are all sharp, on the left side of himself for ammo. His last weapon is a sword - not quite the size of a rapier but short and wide when measuring from the edge of the sword (the sharp part) to the backing. He uses this in very close combat.
General description:
Physical Description: Vanglar's body type is more of a shorter skinny type - seeing as he is still youngerish in age - but he does have some muscle. He is not tall and he is not a strong as some but he is very agile and lean. He is also extremely thin. Vanglar's fur is a beautiful color - Not quite an orange but almost a goldy-yellow color. His underbelly is a strong white color though. The next thing you will see about Vanglar are his piercing, blue eyes. He is not sure how he came about with them but they are not a normal eye color. Vanglar hasn't experienced battle life, or even more than three skirmishes, hence he doesn't look very tough. Still, he can take down several who have tried to do that to him. Overall, he is an average sized, semi-experienced rambler.
Clothing Description: Seeing as Vanglar is a rambler, he doesn't wear the cleanest or the neatest clothing in the world but what he has will do. He has very dirty white underclothing though that is not really visible. His main article of clothing is a  cobalt blue tunic/cloak/suit thing. It is a very long piece of clothing coming down to his knees. It is like a jacket though in the sense that it doesn't come all the way around his body and that it is open in the front. It has gold colored buttons to button it up if he needed to have it that way. It is short sleeved and white on the inside though. His next piece of clothing is his likewise cobalt blue pants. Not much to say about them except that they were simple and practical. He wears tall legged black leather boots almost coming up to his knee. Otherwise, he wears a cobalt blue and white bandana tied around his head, a necklace made of several types of wood, and last but not least, a sheath on his right side for his rapier, his pouch of stones on the left, and a sling as a belt.

Personality: Vanglar is young and very quick to temper. Sometimes he will get angry for no certain reason at all except that he feels like it. Otherwise than that, He is very talkative and outgoing to those he knows well but will not speak to strangers all that much. He is often very hostile to newcomers. He is either liked or disliked. There is no in-between. He is either an enemy or a good friend to anyone.  He is not extremely kind but you might find him every once and a while very caring and kind. If you witness this, know that you witnessed something very unusual. In war, not having experienced much of it, he has very mixed personalities and feelings. Overall, if you are a friend of his, you have a good friend. If you are an enemy of his - Beware.

Biography: Vanglar doesn't remember much of his past. He remembers he was born in the Northern caves but he doesn't know by whom or when. One thing he does remember though is being taken at birth by a boat with several vermin on it. When he was older, he sailed around with a motley crew of vermin on a ship - patrolling the northern coasts.
One day, his ship hit the rocks of the shore and they all had to bale out. He jumped of the stern of the boat and fell in the water. Unluckily, he did not know how to swim very well. He passed out in the water but was picked up by a fox he had never met before. He asked him his name and he said "You will soon find out."
He took me back to a vixen - Very commanding and stature. She said that she was part of a group of ramblers. She offered me a choice - Stay and work for her - or die. Vanglar Obviously chose the first option. That is where he is now.

Wylder Treejumper with:

Name: Dannilo "Dann" Thann
Species: Wildcat
Gender: Male
Age: 25
Weapon(s) of choice: Daggers, Rapier
General description: Dann is a handsome ginger tabby wildcat of medium build, well-muscled. He has bright, merry blue eyes and a dazzling smile. He wears a bright red tunic, a green cloak and a green cap at a jaunty angle with a feather in the back. He wears tall soft boots. In his belt are tucked four perfectly balanced throwing daggers, and a rapier hangs from his side. Alongside the rapier is his most prized possession, a blue crystal lute. He wears a pouch with some coins tucked into it. He also owns a fiddle, which he keeps in the wagons.
Personality: Dann is a merry beast. He loves life with all his heart and his philosophy is basically summed up as, "I'm along for the ride, so I might as well enjoy it!" He is a social beast, and loves to mingle, talk, and perform... And charm all the ladies while he's at it, of course. He doesn't really have a strong moral code, but he is a good person and tries to treat people well. This doesn't stop him from occasionally picking a few pockets for fun, though.
Biography: Dann is a bard, and always has been as long as he can remember. His earliest memories are of his "mother", a squirrel bard named Amber, teaching him to play the lute and sing. When he once asked her where he came from, a flash of great sadness came over her, and she told him that he was an orphan that she had found in her travels. It seemed to cause her great pain, so Dann planned to ask for details later. He never got a chance. Amber had said she was tired of this life, that it was not good for him, and they planned to leave secretly. Suddenly, Amber got very sick very quickly. She passed away under mysterious circumstances, leaving Dann an orphan for the second time at 15 years old. He suspects Esile of poisoning her, and hates her bitterly... in secret of course. He hopes that one day, he will have the chance to get back at her. In the meanwhile, he stays with the Ramblers, the better to get back at her. He fell into the wrong company for a while, a group of thugs, where he learned to throw knives and pick pockets, but he soon realized that crime was not a good fit for him. He instead puts his skills to more benign uses, juggling and spinning his knives and performing magic tricks.

Name: My name is Perrian Thrust, Master of the Rapier.

Species:  Well, obviously I'm a fox.

Gender:
  Male, of course!

Age:  I am 33 seasons young, and only growing more handsome.

Weapon(s) of choice:
I pride myself in being exceptionally skilled with a rapier, and carry a finely and elaborately crafted rapier with my at all times.

General description:  I am a beautifully formed fox with a frame built perfectly for elegant swordplay.  My body is tall and strong, with lovely visible muscles.  The colour of my soft, silky fur is copper, with a lighter copper muzzle, throat, belly, and right arm, and with dark, dark brown legs and ear...s...  Ears.  I said ears.  The tip of my tail is also a light copper, matching the tone of my belly.  Roguishly handsome claw marks scar the bridge of my nose, as well as my right upper arm and my chest.  Ah, yes, and my eyes are a gorgeous light green, like the underside of a leaf when sunlight is shining through it.
The clothing I wear is almost more handsome than I am.  Almost.  I wear no shirt, for it covers the most attractive muscles you will ever see.  I do, however, wear comfortably baggy tan pantaloons that end at my knees, as well as a large black sash tied around my stomach.  This sash, which I find highly fashionable, is tied in the front, the ends hanging down just past my pantaloons, and has a lovely maroon stripe down the center.
Those two pieces, however, do not make up my entire outfit.  I also wear a light brown belt, which lies diagonally on my left shoulder, the opposite side resting on my right hip.  A thin scabbard, which houses my rapier, is attached to the lower end.  On my left shoulder is tied an outrageously expensive cape, designed to portray the northern lights.  The knot causes the dazzling cape to not rest on my left shoulder, leaving my sword arm free to move.  My right shoulder, however, is capable of letting the cape drape over it, giving me a wonderfully mysterious and charming look.
And, last, but most certainly not the least, is the black beret with a maroon stripe, which sits over the stump- ah, which sits over my right ear.

Personality:
While others may call me narcissistic or self-centered, I say that I'm just rather concerned with my own appearance and hygiene.  After all, looks are important when you are a performer.  You must not go on stage with food in your fangs or your cape tucked into your sash now, mustn't you?
Anyway, I'm called intelligent by many, and called quite talented by others.  Well, actually, they say I'm a showoff, but that's the same thing, is it not?
Enough about what everybeast thinks about me, though.  I say that I'm charming, caring, flamboyant, fashionable, and quite an interesting character to speak with.  I enjoy challenging my audience to live duels with the rapier, offering them a prize of coin out of my own pocket if they win, and if they lose, I take coin out of theirs.  A fair bet, I do believe.

Biography:  I was raised the youngest in a very large family, our presence nearly filling the great, musty hall underneath the roots of a great tree in Mossflower Woods.  My father called the place "Stink Hole", but after reading every scroll in the old library, I found that the place was once named Brockhall, and that it was home to many woodlanders long before Redwall Abbey was built.
Long story short, my family hated me for being as fabulous and intelligent as I was, and they viciously attacked me one day, forcing me to leave my beloved home.  Fortunately, by that point I had gleaned every bit of useful information from the library, as well as several technique manuals for the fine art of fencing.
After traveling on my own for a short period of time, I ran into a wonderfully boisterous performing caravan by the name of the Ramblers, and, after being given a blade to demonstrate my superior fighting skills, I was asked to join the group, at the time being just twenty seasons old.
Since then, I've been performing near and far, raking in tips with the point of my blade, and performing dazzling tricks to awe the children.  A wondrously exciting life, if I may say so myself.
