Friend Function

This certainly would be nice! Unfortunately SMF has no capability for this and probably won't have it (that would require a lot of coding).

I think what Shael meant was that its not that the staff turned the feature down. I think the board is coded in a way that this cannot be added, even if you want it to be added.

I would rather see it as the entire board can be a community and we don't have "groupies" of friends on the board. I'm not in favor of a Redwall in-crowd on the forum.
