Terry Prachett (1948-2015)

Yesterday, the great author Terry Prachett passed away. He was most famous for his Discworld series and many other fictional stories. He was a great author, and an even better person. Rest in peace, you made our lives so much better.

As I only discovered his books last year after the badgering of my friends who were big fans, I won't feel his loss as much as they do however he was a fantastic author and, from the videos I have seen of him, also a great person, he will be missed

His book Nation was interesting and well-written; I remember liking it a lot when I read it 6 years ago.

RIP to Terry. I am pleased I 'found' the DiscWorld books of his five or so years ago -- many of them were a lot of fun to read! He seemed such a big personality, so yes, it's very sad to hear; especially when reading what was put on Twitter after he passed.
