COME ON PEOPLE!!! We need people online here!!! We need people posting AND WE NEED IT NOW!!! ;D ;D ;D
Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.

Eulaliaaa!

I'd rather post in the old forum  :P
Just pretend there is something interesting and unique written here... I have nothing to say.

Jetthebinturong

I'd prefer to be on this one, it's much easier to use and has less bugs.
"In the meantime, no one should roam the camp alone. Use the buddy system."
"Understood." Will looked at Nico. "Will you be my buddy?"
"You're a dork," Nico announced.

But James wants us to move back to the old forum...
"The world is indeed full of peril, and in it there are many dark places; but still there is much that is fair, and though in all lands love is now mingled with grief, it grows perhaps the greater." ~J.R.R. Tolkien

But the old forum is really buggy and annoying.

The Skarzs

Agreed. I'll gladly switch completely over to the new one as soon as it is completely fixed, but at the moment it is much more comfortable here.
Cave of Skarzs

Cave potato.

I'm annoyed by all the trouble with the old forum too. Y'all couldn't have known this, but I have a topic on the staff's private discussion board about all of the bugs in the forum. While I'm glad that the site is back up and that there's hope for the future, I'm far from satisfied with where it is right now. (Not having the "Recent Posts" link in particular on the index page bugged me so much that I had to put a new link for it in my Favorites bar.)

However, I think there's some things that y'all might not be considering here, as part of the bigger picture: firstly, and this might sound trite, that the forum is back. Two weeks ago, when nobody knew whether we would ever see those old posts again, anybody here would have been happy to have even a flawed version of it over having to start again from scratch. Secondly, that about half of the community isn't here. There's no reason to expect that to change. If they were going to sign up, they would have by now. So, that means that everything that happens here is something they aren't involved in. This also means that in the long run, none of the stuff here is a public resource, at least not in the same way that they would be on the real forum. Half a year from now, when people are looking for old posts, nobody is going to think to look here. I think it's better to have everyone involved in something that's flawed and frustrating right now, but that should get fixed after a season, than half of us on something that works great and has no future.

I have to admit I thought a little about whether it might be a good thing to begin locking this forum down (as it was intended to substitute for the old forum in its absence, never to compete with it, and I was afraid that it's dividing the community). Well, I figured out after a short time that would be the wrong decision. I shouldn't just up and decide something like that for you. So, neither I nor anybody else are going to force you to leave.

That said, I wish that you would, because in the long run I think it's the best thing for the community.

But most of the faithful are here, and it is easier to check up on because there aren't so many topics. But okay...I have begun using the other forum more though...

Faiyloe

I am only here because of the Gadna RP.
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Cornflower MM

I abandoned this one completely, I'm afraid, even though the bugs on the old one made me want to throw something.

But at least it was back.

I tried to stop Gryphon! But all that I could do was stop this forum from being destroyed! But death has befallen us again! And once more the forum falls. The day...the forums fell...for the second time... (Doesn't have the same dramatic effect does it?) ;D ;D ;D ;D
