We've been talking for months about getting some awards in to recognize the creativity of the members of the community, and that time has finally come.

To do this right, however, requires a new award. I'm very pleased to introduce to you the new Rosehip Players Award!
(As usual, the great art is by Leatho; click for a larger view.)

This new award is meant to recognize quality in roleplaying, and will be awarded to great RPers on the forum, who have worked together to create the fantastic settings, characters, and plots we've seen at play here.

Rosehip Players Award: @danflorreguba was long overdue for some recognition in this area, given his numerous contributions to the Redwall community's RPing efforts, participating in and starting numerous stories, as well as playing in several of the official tournaments.

Gadna, while it has been recently restructured into an original work, was originally started as a Redwall RP, and we felt that @Faiyloe and @rachel25 were both worthy of recognition for one of the longest, most detailed, and spectacular sagas in the history of the forum.

Last, but certainly not least, @Ashleg and the cast of his Is Redwall Safe series (@Groddil, @LT Sandpaw, and @Sagetip) deserve congratulations and the warmest regards for their work in creating and sticking with what is one of the best and most developed pure Redwall roleplays on the forum. I've always been a fan of their work, and they've pulled out all the stops to clinch this recognition!

We've been overdue for some new Abbey Artists, so I'm pleased to announce that we have two worthy candidates.
@Skarzs has played a big role in this area over the past few years, drawing up a lot of terrific sketches of characters in all kinds of settings; he's proven to be one of the best all-around contributors of content on the forum, and we feel a worthy recipient of this recognition.
@Ashleg is one of the best up-and-coming creative minds in the community, and we felt that it was time to recognize and encourage his burgeoning artistic talents! :)

Finally, to top off this award cycle, we wanted to pass out one more behavioral award.
Welcome Wagon: @Firehawke has been a force in helping members to feel comfortable and appreciated in this community, with her sweet spirit and consistent contributions to the birthday threads, demonstrating a care for people through thorough attention to the 'little things'.

Thanks to all of you for working so hard and sharing your labor with the community!
