Why does no one seem to understand that saving powers of the Heimlich Maneuver?  It saddens me greatly.

Why does no one seem to understand that saving powers of the Heimlich Maneuver?  It saddens me greatly.

Heimlich Maneuver has no saving powers when you use it on people with malicious intent.
