Well neither characters were mean.

Lets say Mariel (the user) you could be Mariel's (the character) daughter, that way you could be like Mariel but have a sword.   ;)
I'm writing a fanfic sort of like that, did you read my mind?  :P

Gonff the Mousethief

I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

Read your name, please :P

I'm probably like that one Badger Lord whose name sounds like Rowan or something, but I'm not completely sure.

Probably Russano, yeah.  It was the R_____ the Wise.

Tam and Martin

That's him. I liked him a lot in TLP even though he was just a baby at the time.

Hmm... Mix up, Rakkety Tam, Tammo, and Rufe Brush... Yup, that's about me!

Yes, but I am not really a good thief or flute player. I would be, Sunflash the mace. I am quite nice, but pretty strong.

who wold I be like?

I don't want to put you in a box. I think every person really is unique to the point where it's hard to pin a character to a person because of the fear of giving them traits that don't quite match up with them and which they wouldn't like to say they have.

To mention really specific similarities, though, I think you are like Gingivere in your kindness and a bit like Deyna or Methuselah or Rollo in your curiosity. Do I sound off?

Anyways, the wishy-washiness of this very post makes a point: I think I'm like Mordalfus, in that I'm willing to reflect on a problem to the point of obsession, but I'm not easily willing to come to a concrete decision about that problem until the answer becomes inarguable to me. Often times, the answer doesn't become inarguable.

I'd also totally be the one to let Slagar come into the Abbey. "I don't trust these guys, but... if they really are a circus band, how could I possibly excuse myself for kicking them back out onto the road?"

I've also got Gonff's constant daydreaming, Umfry Spikkle's general displeasure for schooling and/or work, the average recorder's night-owlry, Bryony's wishing that everybody would just be good, and some of Matthias' sense of righteous indignation.

EDIT:

Alright! So we agree on the kindness thing. And yeah, Sunflash is definitely another example of kindness.
