If anyone is wondering how I make it this is how,

First I take a screenshot. Then I scale the screenshot by usually 35%. After that I open appleworks and select a drawing page. Then make a painting sheet and place the shrunk screenshot in it. Then I create another painting sheet the same size but this time make it transparent and place it one the first painting sheet. The I trace the edge with a vibrant color (blue or green), when finished I begin shading with other vibrant colors. When completed I unstack the painting sheets and duplicate the vibrant version and begin coloring in actual colors.

Actually, in the Pixel Marshals forum I am part of (As Shermanus) I am one of the lesser artists there, here are some examples of the most prominent members work,
