I dislike being in close quarters with bees, but they are good for the environment. Getting stung is a bit of a pain if not dealt with immediately, however.

I like bees.  They're cool as long as you don't mess with 'em, usually.  Had one land on my face one time and I was chill so the bee was chill.

One of my little brothers absolutely freaks out if he even sees a bee. I have a long history of saving bees from various perils and then getting stung by them.
