Kawaii means cute, basically.  Wan-chan... isn't really a thing.  "Wan" is the Japanese onomatopoeia for a dog's bark, like "woof".  Now, for names and some nouns, you'll use suffixes like -san that, generally, can be translated as Mr. or Mrs. (though there aren't gender specific versions like in english; -san can be used for male or females).  And -chan is a more affectionate form of -san.  So, wan-chan is kind of like saying "Mr. Woofers".  "No" is a particle used to combine nouns, so "kawaii no wan-chan" could be translated as "cute Mr. Woofers" or "Mr. Woofers the cute", depending on how you wanted it to appear.

Saying all that, though, my grammar might just be completely off, so there's that too
