I use it as my rebellion outlet. It saves having to have arguments with mum like all the rest of my siblings have done. It seems I've been skipped as far as arguing goes and Mum's gone straight to Lass. (I'm not going to complain but I feel not a small amount of sympathy for Lass)

Why would you do this? There is a blue thing beside any unread topics, so it is entirely unnecessary to look at that page.

I view that page most often.

Ah, so that's why your posting seems so random.  It's much better to go to unread replies and start from the bottom, that way you're working from oldest to newest and not having to search the boards for your topics.  Eb has this "problem" as well, where she'll keep replying to only the newest topic on a board, so if someone else replies to it, that's the only topic she'll post in

Speak for yourself. When I have three or so unread topics pages up, I fly through the posts. Keeps you on your toes.

I just prefer to go through them sequentially from oldest to newest.

I generally go newest to oldest because it's easier.

Then you can get caught in the loop I mentioned of only responding to one or two threads over and over.  That's my main reasoning.

I'm quicker to post than most people, usually.

I generally start at the bottom of the page and go to the top, except in the case of LTTT(BNNYD) and a few other select threads.
