It's not funny. *drives a stake into the ground, ties a rope to it and the other end to Kade's footpaw to stop him falling into river*

The rope isn't long enough to reach the river anyway and it's tied to the stake. It's better to just leave him till he wakes up, rather than dragging him back onto level ground.

Yes, you wouldn't want his beautiful coat to get grass stains.

You could have just asked me to take the stake out again. I put it in to stop him from drowning though so you will need to take other measures to stop him falling into the river.
