(I remember that being an attack people used back in school.  Like, person A puts their hand over person B's mouth to get them to stop talking, and person B begins licking person A's hand as a counterattack.  This is a simple variation  )

You can't lick my paw. I'm holding your tongue and, in order to lick, one needs the use of it. You could salivate on my paw or something but licking doesn't work.
