One riding mower hasn't been run in two years, so we're effectively down to one and two.
We have three to four acres of cleared property. And, as of our newest cnesus of working mowers, one pushmower to mow that with.
Why don't you just get some sheep? They're so much more practical.
I have a shiny thing! See?

purchase money, maintenance, housing, speed, arbitrative mowing, and even mowing...
I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?

Purchase costs are probably less than a ride on lawnmower, though I'm not exactly certain about that. They certainly are in New Zealand. Maintenance only involves a good haircut a couple of times a year, which you can give with a pair of hand shears and it costs very little. Housing is unnecessary. Sheep are perfectly happy to live out in the open. (Though that could be different in America, depending on how cold your winters get. Even then, it's not that hard to build a shed for them to spend the night in) Sheep can be surprisingly fast, actually. In New Zealand, we have sheep races. They're hilarious. Arbitrative mowing? I'm not sure I'm familiar with that term. As for evenness, sheep are quite good at that.
