Hmmm... tricky case, that. You could apply a cup of cold water to the neck, if you can hold the victim still while you do it. Alternatively, you could give victim a taste of the same medicine by poking victim repeatedly. If poking continues, lock yourself in the bathroom and call 0500 747474, for customer service.
