*Is unaffected by Sheev's toefoolery and waves goodbye to widdle baby Seb*  I'll miss youuuuuuuuu!

*Pushes Kade off the local cliff*  *Snaps*  *A throne is created*  *Sits in it*

*Grabs tiny Seb and flees*

No, he'd already escaped!  How could you bring him back here!?

...Oh. *Runs faster*

*returns without the otterbabe, Whatitiri making a perfect smooth landing* Too late, Russa. Seb is safe where Sheev will never find him. May he grow up surrounded by peace and friendship.

*Teleports the babe back to me before he is out of reach*  *Holds the babe and grins*

You shall not have him! *draws an arrow back* Put. Him. Down.

*Snaps the bow in half with a snap*  Mhm.

The child must know some hardship. Otherwise, he will not be prepared for life when he is grown.

*ignores Skarzs* My bow cannot be broken, it was made by Maia.

[shisteer of nothing much]

*continues playing with puppets*

(Curtains open to reveal huge castle with fluttering pendants and bustling activity. The king of said castle looks out over the battlements with a concerned frown on his face)

(King) "I'm not unduly worried, Steven. My worry is well founded. If Prince Trevor's disappearance was the only thing out of the ordinary, I'd let the matter rest. I'm confident in his ability to look after himself. No, what I'm worried about is the fact that the entire Pental family has vanished; men, women and children. There were more than forty of them, and livestock has also been disappearing rather rapidly."

(Steven, second in command) "I understand that you care about your subjects, Your Majesty. I admire that in you, in fact. The Pental family is only a peasant family, however, and livestock disappearing, problematic as that is for the farmers, shouldn't be issue enough to prepare the entire country for war. The livestock could simply be a few rogue wolves in the area."

(King) "The Pental family is more than just a large group of peasants, Steven. George Pental is the grandson of Whetuwai, the first Fonglin. You know the legend as well as anyone. Gather the army and prepare for war."

(Steven, eyes widening as he salutes smartly) "Yes, your Majesty. Right away."

(King watches as Steven strides away to begin preparations. Lights dim and scene changes to outside of the tower, where Prince Trevor is currently climbing through previously bared window. He gets through and dusts himself off, looking around and thinking about his next course of action)

(Prince Trevor) "Let's see, where would that hairy maniac put the Fonglin? I doubt she'll still be in the tower."

(He hears approaching hooves and slips quietly into a barn, out of sight. Lord Chester finds a patch of grass outside barn door and begins cropping it. Scene changes to inside barn, Where Prince Trevor has spotted the Fonglin, who is almost unconscious from exhaustion)

(Prince Trevor, in low voice) "Fair maiden, would you like my assistance now or do I need to get
you to your family first?"

(Maiden One/Felicity) "Get family... away... safety."

(Prince Trevor sighs but bows low) "Alight, fair maiden, I will do as you ask."

(Maiden One/Felicity smiles her tired gratitude) "Thank you."

(Prince Trevor slips out back door and disappears. Felicity finally succumbs to her exhaustion and faints. Main door to barn opens and Lord Chester enters, just in time to see Prince Trevor disappear out back door. Lord Chester begins running after him)

(Lord Chester) "Hey, come back here! You're not supposed to do that!"

(Lights dim and curtains close for half time)

Lord Chester found a tool in the barn.  I'm not even sure why he was surprised. (heh)

The King seems to know what's what though, someday HE'LL be the one calling the shots!
