Teer, I'd like it if you would cease the puppet show.  This is a topic created for my domination.

It hosts my future and present assets.

Please do the puppet show, sweetie. You know they want to see it so much.
I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?

Deepest apologies but your wishes will need to be postponed for a while. The puppet play is almost done. I'll ignore the topic after it's finished.

(Curtains open to reveal castle banqueting hall, where siblings are seated and ready to enjoy some high quality nutrition)

(Sister two) "Put that book down, Issachar. It's time to eat."

(Brother three/Issachar) "But I'm at a really exciting part! Can't I just finish this chapter?"

(Brother one takes book, slides serviette in and closes book firmly) "No. This is the castle, Iss.
Manners are important."

(Sister four) "Whatever. Just hurry up; I'm hungry."

(Sister seven) "Yeah, manners aren't nearly as important as food."

(Brother two) "Yes, pray, already."

(Brother one) "Dear Lord, thanks for this beautiful day and delicious food. Help it to bless our
bodies and please look after Felicity. Amen."

(All siblings dig in hungrily, exchanging merry chatter around mouthfuls of food. Lights dim and scene changes to meadow, where the Fonglin has stopped gliding forwards and is lying in a heap on the ground, slowly regaining consciousness)

(Maiden one looks around for a while) "Shoot, this is not good"

(Maiden one drags herself to her feet and walks onwards, gaining more strength as she went until she was going at a brisk pace)

(Maiden one, thinking) If I can get close enough, I should be able to-

(Her thoughts are interrupted by two cows stepping out of the trees in front of her, blocking her path. She increases to a run, making for the gap between them. It's too late, as they close up the gap and she runs straight into them. Cows step back in surprise, Fonglin stumbles forward three paces and vanishes. Lights dim and scene changes to inside dog-drawn cart)

(Knight one, yawning) "We'll be there soon. Let's hope Prince Trevor stays asleep until we arrive."

(Knight two) "He's not exactly asleep. Closer to unconscious, if you ask me."

(Knight one, rolling his eyes) "And whose fault is that, may I ask?"

(Knight two) "It was for his own good. Besides, I didn't hit him that hard."

(Knight one) "Oh, I see. It's definitely going to do him good, having a huge bruise in his skull and a headache to match."

(Prince Trevor, groaning) "What was that for? You know, knocking the crown prince unconscious would be considered treason by some."

(Knight one glares at knight two and gestures for him to answer)

(Knight two, glaring back) "Deepest apologies, Your Majesty. You were making quite a bit of noise and I didn't want people outside to hear you. It could be dangerous."

(Prince Trevor) "I'll withhold judgment until we get to whatever destination we're going to. I suppose it's futile to hope that you'll tell me where that is?"

(Knight one) "Absolutely futile, Your Majesty. Go back to sleep."

(Prince Trevor) "I just had a very relaxing sleep, thank you. Who are the Pental children?"

(Knight one) "Your Majesty, I'm afraid it's futile to hope that we'll answer any of your questions before our arrival. We won't. You can have something for that headache, if you want it."

(Prince Trevor accepts first-aid bag with a sigh) "Well, if I have to spend this much time with you, we might as well introduce ourselves. What are your names?"

(Both knights ignore him. Prince Trevor sighs again. Lights dim and scene changes to inside castle)

(King, patting husky) "Good dog. You've done well. Go get some food and some rest. Way you go."

(Dog licks King's hand respectfully, then leaves room, tail wagging. King smiles as he reads note)

(King) "Now there's only one left to find. True, she's probably the most important one to find but it's still good to know my son is safe, for now. The fact that he's still alive means she must be as well. Let's hope it stays that way. Rylan and Dylan have done well so far. I'm sure they'll be able to do just as well in their next mission."

(Scene changes to banqueting hall, where most of the siblings are sitting back in their chairs, fully satisfied. Sisters four and seven are still eating steadily. Voices can be heard outside and Brother one listens carefully)

(Voice one) "Who goes there? State your name and business."

(Voice two) "Excuse me, would you tell me where I am?"

(Voice one) "Listen here, Miss: I don't know who you are, nor how and why you're here. One thing's
for certain though: When I ask you something, I expect two be answered."

(Voice three) "Oh, leave her alone, Rodney. She's probably just lost. Here, where do you need to go, Miss? I'll show you the way out."

(Voice one) "Our orders were to stay here and guard this door, Frank. If little missy here needs an escort, ring the bell for one of the maids. The King wants this room under heavy surveillance and cameras haven't been invented yet."

(Voice two) "Why does it need to be guarded so closely? What's in there?"

(Voice three) "Just a bunch of hungry children. I have no idea why they're here, let alone why they need to be guarded. I think their last name is Petal or something."

(Voice two) "Pental?"

(Voice three) "Yeah, that's it: Pental."

(Voice one) "Frank! Why did you just tell her that? We don't know who this person is. Judging by the way the Pentals were brought in here, they're obviously a secret. Now this girl knows. We'll have to escort her somewhere now, though I doubt it'll be outside the castle. First things first, I'll take her to the king. Stay here and don't talk to anyone."

(Scene changes to outside hall, where guard one has seized hold of Felicity and is steering her down corridor, up several flights of stairs with various different twists and turns and into a large room, where the king is sitting on his throne)

(King, looking down at a sheet of parchment) "Yes, Rodney?"

(Rodney, bowing) "Your Majesty, this girl turned up outside the small banquet hall asking questions. Frank accidentally let slip who was inside and I thought it best you question her immediately."

(Felicity, bowing) "Your Majesty, I'm sure you'll understand everything."

(King, at the sound of Fonglin's voice, stands and dismisses Rodney, then comes down and embraces Felicity) "Ah, I'm glad to see you. I would inquire as to how you got here but I'm not sure you know. Come, you'll, no doubt, want to see your siblings."

(King and Fonglin walk off stage. Lights dim and curtains close for half time)

AUDIENCE PLEASE NOTE: This is the final half time break so please be sure to get refreshments from strange window thing. Refreshments will also be available after finale. Thank you for your attention.

Teer, there is only one half time break, and there are other names for breaks!

I empathise.
Error. Error. Cannot compute.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
