I posted. I guess I'll have Robert sneak up on the captain. Where is he currently? Could I have a brief summary of the layout around him?

The way I see it, Belladonna is on one side of the clearing on her stretcher, then, if you stand there and look into the camp, you'd see beasts digging graves just inside the trees to the right, the camp fire ahead and slightly to the left, about four or five metres away. Fret is sorting mostly empty haversacks and what provisions they have left, Webneck is sitting right beside you to your left, mending an old boot, and there are several other vermin about, all busy at various tasks. Mharbrow, Tulian and Tormbo are clustered around the fire, as you know.

Who're the voices your characters heard? Firestripe & Maut, or the main encampment?
Fursonas:
Riley: Mountain lion, Sonic the Hedgehog
Amara: African wild dog, The Lion King/The Lion Guard
Masika: Eurasian river otter, Redwall
Mara: Wolf, general

Shy-Guy

Probably should of mentioned that, it would have been the main encamptment

In which case the beasts you heard talking would probably be Mharbrow, since the crew are staying as silent as possible so as not to attract their captain's attention.

So, once everybeast has made it to camp and their situation within the group is more or less settled, what do y'all think of doing a time skip? At the least of a few days so Belladonna is in traveling shape and we can work up some external conflict to 'make fast the ties that bind'.

Sounds good to me, but @Faclan is the boss, so he can decide. Also, Mharbrow's waiting for Tulian to answer him.

Why? I don't see any reason why you need to edit it.

Time skip sounds good. So a few skills can be learnt by the crew so we dont starve to death and we could maybe almost be getting a proper camp settlement set up before bahm big bad and the hares show back up. Likely the hares first which cause panic amongst the pirates before the situation is explained.

shisteer of nothing much

Why are the hares going to show up again? Didn't they go back to Salamadastron for something?

Yeah, I didn't make that clear in Captain Cardilon's last post, but the patrol is headed straight back to Salamandastron. However, the Captain can't just leave Elgon behind, so he'll leave a hare behind with orders to report to Salamandastron immediately. He doesn't suspect him of being captured. I was going to clear all that up on my next post (my last post before the time skip probably), but that's the plan unless you want them to show up @Faclan

Oh I was under the impression that the hares would show back up after the timeskip to be all 'hey big bad is here Elgon we need you' and then us pirates get drawn in too. But that can easily not happen I may have just been mistaken.

*raises paw* Is there anything I should make Maut and Veach do?
