Also, that (very cool) drawing reminds me a little of one of my fanfiction characters.
Infant Ebby is a smol, out-of-control firebending terror. It's a good thing she's also quite cute.

Rikka isn't quite that stylish or girly, but apart from that, yeah.

I feel like she would, though, if she had the opportunity. Uncle Nefa was good to her, but he wasn't exactly a feminine influence.

She would totally have a dress-up party with Fern and some of the local ottermaids.

It doesn't matter what others think - There's always going to be people who don't like something even when others love it. That's just how humans work - We all have different likes, dislikes, tastes, favorites. Trying to please everyone simply does not work. And it's your art, you're the one drawing it. You should draw in whatever style makes you happy. By all means play around with it, but don't change your art just because someone doesn't like it. Art is, after all, highly subjective and that's one of the best things about it. They don't have to look at it if they don't want to.

I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?
