I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?

Neko means cat, and -chan is an honorific that implies cuteness.

The normal go-to honorific is -san, so for people that you work with or don't know that well, you would us that.  Like "Tom-san" or Rebecca-san"

-chan is commonly used for children, but is also widely used when referring to someone in a cuter, more familiar way.

Not using an honorific at all is considered rude unless it's with somebody that your close with, or they've given you permission.
