The Topic Of The Scarecrows!!!

Everybeast was in the airplane. They were not at all sure what in the world was going on, but suddenly the plane shook once, twice, thrice, and then- THOOM!!!!!! The plane crashed down in a field at an old, mysterious, eerie farm. Nobeast was hurt, but the plane was totalled. That is to say, it was still more or less in the shape of an airplane, but it was completely and irreparably unable to fly ever again.

Everybeast slowly made their ways out of the crashed plane, and found that they were in a cornfield. In the said cornfield were multiple Scarecrows. At first they all thought they were just regular scarecrows...But then they realised that they were moving. And they were also carrying various farming equipment. And they were cackling and laughing maliciously. Suddenly Everybeast realised: These Scarecrows were possessed by malevolent spirits, and were coming to kill all of them, but that was not all. After they had killed you they would turn your body into another Scarecrow to further terrorise the others. What could they do???

If/When the Zcarecrovz kill ye, tiz avroight becauze ye can juzt rezpavn back in the plane, but yer auld body ztill becomez vone o' Zcarecrovz und vill gae after everybeazt (includin' ye). Ze only vay tae ztop vone iz tae take oot zeir 'ead (nae dizzimilar tae zombiez). Na' enjoy! Und aye, Ah did get ziz from ze plot o' an auld 'orror movie.

(OOC) This sounds like fun! In case anybeast is wondering: No, New Zealanders don't typically go around in grass skirts. The traditional Maori garb was a state of nature, with a fancy cloak for the chief.

*grabs taiha and poi* Man, having to wear your costume on the plane due to not having time at the end of a flight to get changed has its advantages... Okay, maybe the grass skirt isn't so great but my taiha and poi will certainly come in handy.

OOC: Yeah, I thought so to. Fighting scarecrows in a state of nature wouldn't be very socially acceptable.

*climbs on top of crashed plane as well* I mean, in theory, scarecrows shouldn't be able to move around at all, but I guess it's a better bet than open ground. If the worst comes to the worst, we can pole vault over their heads from up here.

I'll have to settle for plain old jumping if it comes to that.  I forgot to bring my pole with me.  I wonder whats in that spooky farmhouse, though.  I wouldn't think scarecrows could go in there since it isn't part of their natural habitat.

Whilst my fire breath isn't exactly a weapon that one can choose to bring or leave behind, it does seem like it would defeat the purpose of the game. I think, for this thread, I'll just need to be a regular, mortal beast. I'll do my best not to annoy my fellow beasts here because it could end badly. (or just end, in general)
