Teer smiled, glad the squirrel was taking her advice. She'd definitely let him come on the goblin hunting trip tomorrow, if he wanted to. He was a remarkably fierce fighter and surprisingly strong, too.
The taniwha let out a happy sigh and returned to the ballroom, mentally attuning her ear to the upstairs bedroom in case either of the exhausted beasts needed her help. Such abilities could be very useful at times.
