Ever get tired of that silly Otterbadger?  Doesn't he just strut about, acting like he owns the place?  If you happen to find his attitude and glorious fur every so annoying, then today is your lucky day!  Whenever he pulls a stunt, is causing havoc, or just simply bothers your soul, come here and give him a good ol' whack!

When delivering punishment, please state why the punishment is being given and provide proof when possible, otherwise it may not count.
