I'd become it's best friend, so I could politely ask it to mute the commercials and fine-tune the shows. That and I could annoy my siblings with it.

That, or just shoot it.

What would you reaction be if you computer (phone, laptop, desktop) also became self aware, but all it could do is print "hello world!" on the background?
