I served for a long time with Billy. He was such a decent chap - if a little on the blue side sometimes. His loss shall surely be felt throughout the ages. The world will never quite have the same joy as it once did without Billy. Why?! Why, Billy?! Why did you have to leave us alone to this hard, cruel world?!
