I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?

*Kisses Teer on the nose.*
Sadly, my schedule demands that I leave for now. Bye y'all!

Well, I didn't really, but it wasn't. . . unfun? I feel like like I'm slowly losing my vocabulary...

Anyway, as an interesting fact: yesterday (about midday) our thermostat read 71 degrees Fahrenheit (about 22 Degrees Celsius). During the winter, our thermostat is set at 69 degrees Fahrenheit.
We are two degrees from winter temperatures, while last week had high temperatures in the 90s.

NARDOLE; You are completely out of your mind!
DOCTOR: How is that news to anyone?

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.

You have warm winters.

Very warm.

We've gotten temps as low as the teens (sub-zero Celsius) and we typically get several days below freezing; that is just how cool we let the house get before buolding a fire or turning the heat on.

I'd love to have upper-60 degree winters.

Ebantu the Kararehe

Infant Ebby is a smol, out-of-control firebending terror. It's a good thing she's also quite cute.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

I almost agreed but then I wondered how warm the summers would be. Now, I'm all for the heat and everything, being a lizard, but even I have my limits.
