First things first, let me explain how this is going to work:

There are several stages in this process:
1. Ball Throw
2. 100 m Dash
3. Punching Bag
4. Standing Long Jump
5.Standing Highway Jump
Etc, etc, etc...

You are allowed to use whatever abilities, magical powers, tools and whatnot during these evaluation tests...
