As for how it could miss: your bucking-jumping wolf could get in the way, it could be blocked by your bow, or just go through one of your limbs, plus, we're not unkillable, and if we're claiming that every missile is a one-shot, we'd be playing peenuckle instead of fighting; I only called out that death arrow because you said it kills on contact...)
