Inside, there are no less than 20 shadowy forms squirming about the box

The sign on the front says the following:

ADOPT A SHADOW - FREE
adopt at your own risk; bond with your newly aquired Shadow daily; make sure to keep them well fed, happy and clean up after them; Shadows will gain a form after being selected; we will not be held responsible for any mess, accidents, deaths, world ending situations, etc; no substitutions, exchanges or refunds
TAKE ONE (AND ONLY ONE (NO EXCEPTIONS))
