I started playing the game Guild Wars 2 and found some desktops for it.  I particularly like this one:

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.

I change mine from time to time, but here is my current one:
