You mean the Castaways series? Yeah, it's different, but it definitely has the Brian Jacques feel to it.

That is the one.

Never read one of those. How many parts of it are there?
Hmm ... Dolohov ...

Three books are in the series:

1. Castaways of the Flying Dutchman
2. The Angel's Command
3. Voyage of Slaves

They should be read in the presented order. :)

Another great mouse series for younger readers is Poppy, by Avi.
Mariel, in your mind would the mice from Redwall, Poppy, or A Tale of Two Cities win in a battle?

Redwallers, of course!

Firehawke

Aside from Redwall (which is my favorite series, btw), I love reading children's books, especially fantasy (check out my website for some of my favs).  I actually want to be a children's/young adult librarian, so it's a good thing that I like the books that I like.
The knitting, crochecting, Zoo Tycoon playing, frog loving member!

Most of the books in the Star Wars series are good.
NARDOLE; You are completely out of your mind!
DOCTOR: How is that news to anyone?

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.

Me too.  I just got the edition that has Jacques' introduction in it, and I'm reading it to my 2nd grade sister.  So far our favorite parts are first meeting Ratty, and finding Mr. Badger's door.  What about you?

I like toad, and also moley.

Redwall Musician

I'm reading Lord of the Rings. It is good. Before I found redwall I fell in love with Narnia. I'm very picky about reading. I like certain books. History books are EVIL! Sometimes I write books for myself.

I've found myself reading it again! ( Lord of the rings that is. ) I also love Narnia.

I've read the Hobbit, but not any of the other Lord of the Rings books.  I would like to try them, though.
