It means 'fear of long words'. There's also 'triskaidekaphobia' which is fear of the number 13, and 'paraskavedekatriaphobia', fear of Friday the 13th, and 'rupophobia', fear of rubbish. ;D ;D

Claustrophobia and Arachnophobia are two common ones, Tsarmina was Aquaphobic, Rhinotillexophobia is the fear of picking one's nose, and I've been told the name of the fear of chickens, but I can't recall it just now.

Is there a long word for "phobia of not having a phobia"? Because I think that is one of my phobias.

And 'Pantaphobia,' which means the fear of NOTHING.

I've got arachnophobia- fear of all arachnids (not just spiders)

Btw, I've always thought that scientists were just being mean when they came up with the name for the fear of long words. I mean, come on. Hippopotamonstrosesquipedaliophobia? Really?!
