Hey, you certainly can assume the gender of lights. Most non-english languages do.

True. Though, according to my French teacher, nouns aren't 'female' or 'male', but 'feminine' and 'masculine' are just the terms used to differentiate them. You could use pretty much any other pair of words to describe them, and it would still work.

Well, originally I was going to say "creature" instead of "person" out of habit, this being a Redwall forum and all, but thought better of it before posting.  I (sometimes) try to limit the amount of ammunition I give out to you rascals.

It's more that I have a hard time being outgoing with people unless I already know them fairly well.  Or unless they're an extrovert and drag the personality out of me    That being said, this makes things a tad difficult in that arena -_-

Fair enough. I can be quiet when I meet new beasts too, in real life. Being an extrovert doesn't necessarily mean it's easy to make new friends.
