My favorite Bible stories are Noah's Ark and Ruth

Ruth is a great story!
Noah is a great story, but at the same time it makes me very sad. It definitely drives home the message about how seriously God takes sin. Think about it. First, God destroyed the entire earth in a flood sparing only Noah and his family. Then, He sent His one and only son, Jesus Christ, to pay the price we could never pay in order to save His own people. In the future...well, you've read Revelation. Y'all know what's coming...

Did any of that make sense? I'm writing this fairly late at night. What are your thoughts?
Living in peace, aye many a season,
Calm in life and sound in reason,,
'Til evil arrives, a wicked horde,
Driving a warrior to pick up his sword,
The challenger rings then, straight and fair,
Justice is with us, beware. Beware!

I both dread and look forward to the Rapture. I look forward to it for the obvious reasons; I'm a Christian, and I can't wait to get to live with God for eternity. I dread it only when I think of all of those souls who will be punished for their rejection of God. I pity them, and I hope to get as many people saved as possible while I'm physically alive.

Right now in church, I'm studying the book of Revelation. We're talking about the churches of Revelation.

I've lost count of how many times Jesus makes me go  :o
Yesterday, I was reading John 13. In that chapter, Jesus knew he was going to be betrayed by Judas, knew he was the Son of God, and knew that He was going to sacrifice Himself for the sins of His people and what does he do? Because He loves His people, He washed His disciples feet giving us the perfect example of how we are to serve. :o

I love Revelations ( I already said that) so Redwallfan7... Make use of that study, it's a good book.

Another thing that blows me away: Jesus prayed specifically for us! He prayed not only for His disciples, but also for those who would believe through their testimony!

I just got back from youth group camp. We had three studies dedicated to the Parable of the Prodical Son. A few things that stood out:

God is so incredibly merciful. We don't deserve His love. We deserve death. And yet, He shows mercy on us and welcomes us back to His family when we've done wrong. And He sent his son to die for us so we can be forgiven.
The Christian life should be one of continual repentance. We continually mess up, so we should continually say sorry.
God is incredibly faithful to us, to Himself and to His promises. God simply cannot be unfaithful.
When we turn to God, we are literally adopted in to His family and we can then look forward to eternity in heaven. That is pretty epic, if you ask me.
There are others, but as you can imagine I'm exhausted at the moment and am about to go to bed, so I'll post up more when I get home tomorrow from school.
Received mostly negative reviews.

Oh, and here's scarier thought: It only took 400 years (2 generations, Pre-Flood) for God to get so fed up with humanity's stupidity and self-destruction that he destroyed 98% of the human population.

So very true, especially evolutionists. It's so sad to see blind people stumbling through the dark. :'( :( :'(

Which is why I'm a major creationist, so that I can help evolutionists get past the stumbling blocks to accept God. Back to topic, though, and I'm reading through 1st Samuel.

How do you do this? All Y'all realize there are plenty of evolutionists right here on this forum, right? What would (/do) you say to them?

Well, first I need ta figure out how to talk to them without breaking the forum rules and getting them enraged. Maybe engage on a different site without rules like that.
