Well, the music is better in SS, but the gameplay is slightly more immersive in TP. WiiMotionPlus does a lot for SS, but it is sometimes harder to control than in games previous. I haven't won the bow in SS yet, so I haven't decided. The bow, in most of the games, can tell you immediately the strength of design.

As far as storyline, SS has got TP beat.

I don't think they'll ever stop making Zelda games.  Even in Nintendo goes out of business (hah, that'll be a while), they'll likely sell the rights to another publisher.

Anyways, I like Twilight Princess better.  First off, I like the Gamecube version of Twilight Princess better, since I like having a solid controller under me.  The Wiimotes are fun, but I get tired of them when I have to put hours and hours into the game.  Second, Skyward Sword was too different.  A lot of that is me being all "Oh no, Zelda should be like this, this, and this", but I felt like Skyward Sword just wasn't as fun as Twilight Princess overall.

There's more stuff I could say too, but I want to move on to another point, which is that while the two are different, there aren't really any difference that make everyone say "Okay, yeah, that's better."  Most of the difference in peoples' opinions is just that - difference in opinion.  They have a lot of subjective differences - color palettes, color style, character design, maps, locomotion, etc.  One person may love being a wolf, while another may prefer flying on a Loftwing.

I feel like I have more to say, but I'm having trouble putting it into words...

I have SS and i'm a little past the second trial.

SS Plot-Wise, destroys TP. TP Difficulty-Wise and Boss-Wise beats SS in every way.

I have to say that it is a hard choice to choose which is better. The sword play in SS is great, but the final battle in TP with Ganon is superb. I am at a loss to which I find the best.
