Methuselah

I think the plot line would be disturbed, but there would be more chance for drama or riddles. What do you think?

That would have been NUTS!Although Cluny would probably have killed him if he made it that long.

He was already quite old, so chances are he wa going to die soon anyway. I doubt he would have survived the final battle as well.
Received mostly negative reviews.

Well, Matthias wouldn't have that extra motivation to kill Cluny.

This is what I would've said.  If Methuselah lives, then everything is ok to a point, and Matthias doesn't have a strong purpose to go out and defeat Cluny.  Methuselah was a friend to him, and when he is murdered by one of the other side, then you have all the more reason to go and defeat the other side.

That's the funny thing, wouldn't he be out after Chickenhound then?

The parts that he was in were the most exciting in my opinion. I agree witg what is being said about motivation of killing Cluny though. Plus, Slagar would of killed him by Mattimeo anyway.

Woah, typing on my Archos tablet is hard work.
I won't be on this forum much anymore, but I'll pop in to say hi every now and then.

As far as Matthias knew (book or tv series) the foxes worked for Cluny, thus Cluny is responsible.

But Chickenhound had clearly shown he WASN'T with Cluny!
